Charlene Proctor Ellison was our INNOVATE Realtor. She did a phenomenal job showing us several condo listings from North Myrtle to Surfside SC. We met with her 3 weekends in the fall 2024. She easily had 10-15+ units ready and waiting for us to visit each weekend. She knew this was a big purchase for us and didn't push us during any of our viewings. Any questions we had, she responded to within an hour. We purchased a condo she suggested during our first weekend, we loved! We can't wait to spend all our free time in North Myrtle!
